Lona Monson Webb has been practicing law in Nevada and Missouri since 1988.  Formerly a judicial law clerk in Clark County, Attorney Webb worked as a Deputy City Attorney for Las Vegas and the Public Service Commission where she obtained experience in finance, employment and labor grievances, personal injury, planning commission issues, land use and right of way disputes and public administrative hearings.  Her extensive experience in family law matters include custody & relocation issues, child support, and divorce began when she opened her own private practice in the 1990’s. There she also handled complicated personal injury cases, including jury trials, and took on many of the large casinos in the Las Vegas valley. Attorney Webb drafts trusts, wills and other and estate planning documents for clients, and has been doing so for thirty years as well. Since 2016 she’s assisted Clark County’s Air Quality department as a Hearing Officer.

Attorney Webb holds her Nevada Real Estate Broker’s License and is a Past President of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys.  She also is proud to have volunteered as a former member of the Clark County Bar Association’s Community Service Committee and the State Bar of Nevada’s Publication Committee.  Attorney Webb is a former board member for The Shade Tree, a women and children’s shelter in Clark County, Nevada.
